What we collect

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook or email, we collect the details you choose to give us: normally your name, contact details, and information about the grave or memorial you're asking about. If you use the website's enquiry form, it collects the same things: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and your message.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share your information. When the enquiry form is connected to a form-handling service, the contents of your message are processed by that provider only to deliver it to us.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the work you've asked for, keep records of agreed jobs, and (where you've asked for them) send before-and-after photographs and updates.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and job records are kept only as long as needed for the service, and then securely deleted. Photographs are treated as personal and are never published on this website or elsewhere without explicit permission from the family.

Hosting & fonts

This site is a simple set of pages. It loads its typography from Google Fonts, which means your browser may request files from Google when you visit; that is the only third-party connection the site makes, and no cookies are set by the site itself beyond whatever your browser handles normally.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Just phone or message us using the details on the contact page and we'll deal with the request.
