Yes. Headstones can be carefully cleaned using non-harmful products and appropriate methods. Older or weathered stonework is handled gently — the aim is a clean, dignified marker, not a scrubbed one.

Yes. Flowers can be purchased on your behalf and placed at the resting place for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Remembrance and other personal dates. Photographs can be sent afterwards.

Before and after photographs can be provided, so you can see the condition of the grave yourself rather than having to take it on trust. Just mention it when you enquire.
